Sunt întristat de evenimentele din biserică. Sa meritat oare "dreptatea" obţinută cu preţul invadării agresive în viaţa familiilor cu copiii, care dimineaţa devreme încă dorm în pat? Sa meritat "adevărul" obţinut cu preţul a doi taţi separaţi de copiii lor, şi întemniţaţi pentru acuzaţii idioate?
Aveam poziţie neutră, cât faţă de biserică tradiţională, atât şi faţă de Sanctuary Church. Acum însă înţeleg care din ele, puţin câte puţin, apucă calea lui Iuda. Corectaţi-mă dacă nu înţeleg ceva, dar ce fel de biserică este cea care aplică metode bazate pe calomnie josnică?
Mânie, ură? Nicidecum, doar zâmbet trist, şi sentiment de compasiune, toţi suntem robi ai ego-ului. În numele lui dumnezeu sa cauzat multă suferinţă, nimic nou. Cineva sigur e mulţumit de situaţia creată, şi e puţin probabil acel cineva să fie dumnezeu.
p.s. oare de ce grupul cândva public, de pe facebook, brusc a devenit secret? Poate de aceea că conţinutul său poate deveni "călcâiul lui Ahile" în cruciada curentă, iniţiată de părtaşii bisericii Sanctuary Church Moldova?

Iniţial această publicaţie era destinată doar cercului restrâns al bisericii unificării. Acum însă gândesc că este potrivit să fie accesibilă pentru public, sanctuary church şi autorităţile respective, care ţin în captivitate doi oameni din biserica unificării: Mihai Calestru şi Oleg Savenkov.
O să postez în această publicaţie treptat, materiale de care dispun, legate de anchetă, destinate publicului, şi alte informaţii. Este important fiecare om care nu este indiferent faţă de justiţie, să fie la curent cu proprietăţile acestui caz.
Dacă doriţi să aflaţi alte detalii, scrieţi vă rog în comentarii mai jos.
Vă poftesc să vă expuneţi opiniile deschis şi transparent, şi dacă vă este cu putinţă fiţi obiectivi şi toleranţi, toţi facem prostii :)
În particular sper ca persoanele aparent "victime" ale "traficului de fiinţe umane", şi ale "exploatării", să-şi manifeste aici poziţia şi opinia deschis.
Unele persoane au dubii referitor la afirmaţia mea că nu sunt membru al bisericii, de pe pagina Facebook a Newfoundland Sanctuary Church, am explicat (pardon, doar engleză):

Yet, currently, I am not a member of church, nor on paper, nor in my mind, in fact i was always against the idea of bringing back old church, and even more against the new system Oleg brought into Moldova.
I was the first one to say that this is going to bring us troubles. I wasn't heard.
Regardless, all these are internal church issues, so i simply stepped aside. Yet, i was always willing to contribute with what i can to church activity, if that activity was in agreement with my mind, because there are people i love and respect, not to mention my sister and her entire family as full time in the church.
Second reason i wrote the message is - JUSTICE!
Firstly, i know our authorities are corrupt a lot, secondly, i know some of essential people that initiated all this madness, and things they are capable of, thirdly I know Mihai, and i know Oleg. Regardless of what mistakes they did, it is far not what they are charged for by authorities, and certainly they did not deserve separated from their families and imprisoned like some dangerous criminals.
"Ce Se Întâmplă"

Sunt oameni care nu știu ce se întâmplă în biserica unificării din Moldova (acum acest caz fără precedent a ieșit la nivel de biserică internațională). Scriu ceea ce înțeleg eu. Dacă am greșit sau omis ceva, corectați-mă.
Biserica unificării din moldova trece și ea prin procesul de divizare a bisericii unificării, mondiale.
Un grup de membri din biserica unificării moldova a trecut în partea "cealaltă", care se numește Sanctuary Church. Mai târziu acest grup a decis să convingă biserica unificării moldova să treacă de partea sanctuary church moldova, aplicând metode de convingere agresive. Biserica unificării a avertizat grupul sanctuary church moldova să înceteze cu acțiunile agresive, sau în caz contrar vor fi excluși juridic din rândurile membrilor. Membrii sanctuary church nu au încetat, ci invers, au creat o scrisoare oficială de plângere către autorități, bazată pe defăimare, și au amenințat că expediază scrisoarea autorităților, în caz că nu vor fi satisfăcute cerințele lor. Firesc au fost excluși, oficial, însă doar juridic, prin votul comunității bisericești.
Urma mai târziu biserica unificării moldova să organizeze o întrunire deja "spirituală", la care să participe toți oamenii, inclusiv cei din sanctuary church, ca să se soluționeze pașnic toate problemele legate de divizarea bisericii.
Cu părere de rău, biserica unificării a comis greșeala de a nu organiza această întrunire.
Membrii sanctuary church moldova, adânc ofensați fiind, au expediat scrisoarea către autorități.
Aceste drame au avut loc în perioada aprilie - iunie 2015.
Autoritățile au monitorizat biserica în decurs de 3 luni, și au dat lovitura în noiembrie.
Acum sunt întemnițați doi frați din biserica unificării, Mihai Calestru și Oleg Savenkov, în baza acuzațiilor fabricate, așa ca trafic de ființe umane, și exploatare ființelor umane în favoarea mahinațiilor financiare. Alte persoane din biserică, cu familii și copii urmează a fi interogați, în bază la același acuzații ridicole. Restul este explicat pe parcursul publicației, și în comentarii.

De de mult sunt indiferent față de biserica unificării, și chiar aveam până nu demult simpatii față de sanctuary church, față de Rev. Hyung Jin Moon, anume pentru ideile pe care le auzeam de la d-lui, deoarece știu bine, este prezență de sistem eronat în biserica unificării. Da, admit, în biserica unificării se fac greșeli. În Moldova, stabilirea unui nou sistem bisericesc m-a făcut să mă îndepărtez de biserică definitiv. A auzit însă cineva să mă plâng ca un mucos în jiletca autorităților? Am conștientizat pentru mine până la urmă că de a proceda astfel este o tâmpenie. Anume din această cauză decizia mi-a fost simplu să mă dau la o parte, să las apa să curgă așa cum crede ea că este bine. Am avut (poate și am încă) obiecții personale față de conducerea bisericii, în deosebi față de Oleg Savencov, însă, un MARE ÎNSĂ, este vorba despre obiecții față de greșeli atribuite modului strict interior al bisericii de a-și face activitățile. Și cu siguranță nu este vorba despre careva crime ori încălcări ale legislației, demne de a iniția o anchetă penală!
Special pentru cei cu auzul și mintea deocheată afirm, formele activităților bisericii unificării din Moldova sunt 99% în concordanță cu statutul său, și cu siguranță acel 1% de încălcări (care organizație nu are încălcări minore ale statutului?) nu merită să se inițieze o anchetă judiciară, în rezultatul căreia tații să fie separați de soțiile și copiii lor, și depravați de libertate ca niște bandiți periculoși pentru societate.
Newfoundland Sanctuary Church a confirmat public că nu este sursa ideilor ingenioase ale moldovenilor noștri, de a arunca în închisoare frații și surorile lor proprii de credință. Însăși Rev. Hyung Jin Moon a rugat public membrii sanctuary church moldova să retragă acuzațiile. Vedeți însă, aici este o mica-mare problemă. Autoritățile nu fiecare zi primesc așa daruri când fratele se vinde pe frate, și cointeresate fiind de eliminarea oricăror elemente care prezintă "pericol" ori "concurență" pentru biserica ortodoxă, nu vor ezita să acționeze. Mai este încă o parte a problemei, traficul de ființe umane este persecutat de lege mai serios decât omuciderea, deoarece omorul conform legii este crima unui om față de alt om, pe când traficul de ființe umane este crima omului față de... stat. Da, dacă cineva nu a înţeles încă - statul mii de ani, deține un drept absolut și excluziv, (nescris desigur) de a exploata ființele umane. Și în aceste condiții să faci trafic de ființe umane înseamnă să furi direct din buzunarul statului, să-i furi robii.
Spun aceste lucruri ca să fie limpede pentru bravii "luptători ai dreptății religioase" - autoritățile nu vor ceda ușor, chiar dacă sanctuary church Moldova decide să retragă acuzațiile.
Autoritățile condamnă solicitarea benevolă a donațiilor, care este de fapt practica majorității bisericilor, inclusiv și a bisericii ortodoxe, zilnic văd călugării ortodocși, care stau la poarta peții centrale cu cutia de donații, probabil sunt exploatați și ei, nu? Este necesară o investigație penală poate? Că de altfel de unde are șeful de biserică ortodoxă bani pentru Porsche Cayenne și conac cu câteva etaje?
Dar să revenim la oile noastre - autoritățile numesc această activitate - cerșire, însă asta este numai opinia lor personală, de care nu-mi pasă câtuși de puțin, însă dovedind cu orice preț că resursele donate în biserica unificării au fost folosite în scopuri personale de către persoanele din lista acuzaților, ei de fapt vor putea clasifica cu succes activitatea bisericească ca - exploatare a ființelor umane. Le rămâne un fleac - să găsească suficiente dovezi în favoarea existenței abuzului de bani publici în biserica unificării din Moldova.

Я уверен, что вернувшись в прошлое, вы сможете вспомнить необъяснимые моменты из вашей жизни; моменты удивительных чудес, опытов, которые сформировали вашу веру; которые убедили вас в том, что мир не просто материален, но что за гранью жизни есть нечто большее. Такие опыты это самое ценное что есть в нашей жизни, потому что именно они, позволяют нам быть сильными в трудные моменты. Воспоминания о них дают нам силы и веру в то, что мы не одни; что есть нечто великое, способное творить чудеса.
В истории Провидения и в истории нашей Церкви было много необъяснимых разуму чудес. Так давай те же верить, что чудо произойдет с нами и в этот раз. Пожалуйста, давайте силой наших молитв и нашего духовного единства мобилизуем Небеса настолько, что все самое доброе и чистое, что есть в Духовном Мире, волной хлынет в нашу любимую Молдову и сокрушит те преграды, которые мешают нашему единству и дальнейшему развитию. Давайте силой нашей молитвы сделаем так, чтобы наши дорогие братья Михай и Олег духовно почувствовали наши любовь и единство с ними, и чтобы они как можно быстрее смогли уснуть у себя дома в объятии своих жен и детей.
Если ваша любовь так велика, что вы способны полюбить даже своего врага, она представляет собой силу, способную растопить все. Необходимо, чтобы возникло движение, способное путем переплавки создать из ложного мира истинный. К этому стремились все религии, но каждое течение действовало по-своему. Как вы думаете, кого из святых Бог возлюбил более всех? Ответ прост: единственным, кто провозгласил этот девиз, был Иисус Христос, именно поэтому ставший недосягаемо великим.
В период земной жизни Иисуса Великую Римскую империю и маленький Израиль разделяла огромная стена ненависти, поскольку первая была поработителем, а второй был порабощенным. Иисус знал, что единственным средством завоевать Рим является любовь. Рим покорил Израиль своей военной мощью, а Израиль мог покорить Рим любовью. Даже во время распятия Иисус продолжал молить Бога о прощении для своих убийц. Нет силы более великой, чем любовь. Она крепче любых стен, самых высоких и самых толстых. Иисус знал, что враги есть у всех: как у отдельных людей, так и у семей и целых наций. Ненависть и вражда всегда порождают кровопролитие на любом уровне, и единственная стратегия, способная сломить эту стену, выражена словами: “...любите врагов ваших...” (Матф. 5:44).
В мире греха обычным ответом на враждебность бывает месть. Если бы Бог и Иисус избрали возмездие, чтобы построить Царство Небесное, на земле не осталось бы ни одного человека, так как Божья кара истребила бы всех. Великое движение восстановления строится исключительно на идеологии любви. Лишь сила любви способна положить начало новой истории и новой эпохе. Когда человек умеет любить даже своих врагов, он воистину велик и для него нет ничего невозможного. В конце концов этот человек заставит мир вернуться на путь Божий. Христианство всегда руководствовалось этой доктриной, и, если оно не отступит от нее, Бог позволит христианам завоевывать для Него мир.

Mă tot întreb oare ce crime au comis Mihai Calestru și Oleg Savenkov ca să trăiască aici și nu lângă cei dragi, pentru că știu, sunt oameni care gândesc că Mihai și Oleg și-au meritat karma.
Condițiile de detenție din penitenciar sunt groaznice. Celulele sunt supraaglomerate, murdare și reci, fără acces la lumină sau aer curat, fără așternuturi, alimentație de calitate proastă, duș doar o dată în săptămână, doar apă rece, hainele urmau a fi spălate și uscate doar în celulă.

Sunt impresionat de acțiunile concrete întreprinse de unii membri din sanctuary church din moldova pentru "reconciliere și soluționare" a situație curente.
Pot înțelege faptul că obiectul defăimărilor au devenit desigur din nou membrii bisericii unificării, însă emisiunea a turnat gunoaie împuțite în capul fondatorului, iar membrii din sanctuary moldova au participat direct la aceasta, așa ceva pentru mine e greu de înțeles, o tâmpenie și nimic altceva.

Никто не поднимает тему про негативную передачу в Молдове, в которой выступили представители молдавской Sanctuary Church. Поэтому я ее поднимаю. У меня один вопрос: Зачем это было делать?
Я, конечно, передачу по-Молдавски не понимаю, на слух могу различить только секта, религия, мессия, Мун. Мне переводили.
Смысл такой: Валерий Гузун рассказывает ужасы про Церковь в Молдове, ну а то, что он рассказывает, естественным образом чернит Истинных Родителей, точнее преп. Муна.
То, что мне переводили:
Вся передача про нашу " секту". В ней прямо вырезки и фотографии с конференции, Сын хва, семинаров. Выступает свидетелем муж Елены, Валерий Гузун( под другим именем ), лицо в полутени. Говорит о том как их свидетельствовали, что его жена начала делать условия ( ритуалы) изображают поклоны с молитвами. Мол она стала другой, делала условия холодного душа 2-3 раза в день, 40 дней, несколько раз поднималась температура, вызывали врачей. Мол миссионеры им сказали, что только через эти условия можно избавиться и отрезаться от греха.
Говорит, что потом их пригласили на семинар 7-дневный, в центре города, там они ели, спали, слушали семинар, мол только так можно отрезаться от влияния злого мира.
Вообщем он сказал, что сам не помнит как принял эти идеи. Голос за кадром: "Их ученик проповедует , что Иисус не выполнил своё предназначение и Мун с женой являются Истинными Родителями. Так сектанты зомбируют людей.
Валерию показалась, что эти идеи правильные, они с женой решили оставить свой бизнес, свои дела и заняться помощью человечеству. Говорит, что они были обязаны выплачивать десятину и честно это делали, ещё Мун сказал, что надо делать пожертвования, и мы делали по мере возможности и по 100 и по 300 евро.
Мы с радостью делали эти пожертвования, ради спасения человечества. Говорит, им доверили сделать покупки для встречи членов и он обнаружил, что недостаёт 25 бань (копеек), и тогда я заметил, что я так заволновался, как же так впервые я переживаю за 25 копеек, ради этих божественных денег. И тогда я помолился, просил прощения у Бога за их пропажу, на след. День пошёл сделал лидеру отчёт, что потерял деньги освящённые на алтаре Ист.Род, "пожалуйста простите меня", и тогда они( лидеры) сказали мне делать поклоны (Кенбе),несколько молитв.
Комментатор: в то же время его жена была обязана приводить в Церковь новых членов, она объездила почти всю страну и не её не могли оставаться дома даже когда забеременела. Она хотела 14 детей, как учили так называемые истинные родители.
Валерий: Жена будучи беременной стучала из двери в двери и кричала, что нам нужно раскаяться, пришёл Мессия, что нам нужно жить красиво, чтоб у нас были счастливые семьи. Врачи её предупреждали, "вы в положении, надо регулярно обследоваться". Так как она вкладывалась телом и душой, она потеряла 2 детей при рождении ( 2 раза).
Эта пара не понимала, почему Бог не даёт им своего благословения и поддержки. Затем настало время, когда мы были психологически обязаны освобождать предков. Наши предки страдают, в глубоком аду, для того, чтобы их освободить мы должны были платить чётко установленный налог назначенный лидерами этой церкви. 4,000 тыс. долларов нужно было заплатить за освобождение 210 поколений предков.

- Освободил, и не только своих предков, но и предков своих родственников, более 15 тыс. долларов мы заплатили за то, чтобы освободить предков.
голос: Пётр (Валерий в передаче под другим именем) рассказывает, что он был один из немногих кто платил из собственных денег, у большинства не было такой возможности, и они шли на радикальные меры. Большинство молодых людей берут кредиты в банках и потом не имеют возможности их отдавать.
голос: Совершенно ясно, что жизнь этих монистов после этих практик совсем не улучшилась, зато улучшилась жизнь собирающих эти деньги.
Были также и другие методы секты:
Валера: В основном направленные на молодёжь, студентов. На улицах к ним обращались, с вопросами: "Ты хочешь быть счастливым? Хочешь иметь счастливую семью? Хочешь учиться за границей, в Испании, например?" Им давали визитные карточки.
голос: Как только молодёжь принимала приглашения, они были обязаны пройти семинары так называемого "Духовного роста", доходящие до 3 месяцев, где исключался любой контакт с родственниками.
Например, дочь этой женщины внезапно пропала в 2002 году и мать смогла найти только через несколько месяцев.
Когда вы обнаружили свою дочь после месяцев пропажи, она изменилась до того как вы её знали?
Женщина: Да! Она изменилась, сильно похудела. Она говорила, что они занимаются спортом, делают упражнения, участвуют в духовных семинарах, у неё были фото где они поднимались на высоты.
голос: А на психическом уровне ?
Женщина: Она говорила только о Г- не и Г- де Мун, и больше ни о чем другом с ней нельзя было разговаривать.
голос: Женщина поняла, что имеет дело с сектой, но ничего не могла поделать. Почему, мы вам скажем позже. И чтобы не потерять дочь, Надежда согласилась с её выбором.
Женщина: я её приняла какой есть, потом мы вышли на консенсус, мы с тобой мать и дочь, будем общаться на этой основе, а про религию я даже не хочу слышать!
голос: Эта женщина даже не подозревала, что её дочь как и другие члены, как Роман, которому обещали найти жену за границей, были посланы на улицу собирать деньги.
Мужчина: Нас посылали просить деньги и говорить, что мы собираем деньги для церкви. Мы говорили, что мы студенты, нам не хватает денег на учёбу и мы собираем деньги, ходили по улицам и попрошайничали. И в Кишинёве, и в Украине и в России.
Дальше мне уже не смогли перевести, очень медленно идет видео, подвисает....

Încă un pas către ”reconciliere”. Accesați secțiunea asta dacă aveți o opinie onestă despre faptul creării acestei pagini. Cine este creatorul paginii, sau cel puțin autorul ideii de a crea pagina, este aproape limpede.
Se poate scrie și o plângere către Facebook dacă este considerat de cuviință. Eu am considerat.
Tații Au Putut Să Revină La Soțiile Și Copiii Lor

În legătură cu sărbătorile de crăciun am revenit la Chișinău abia azi. Dar, de fapt nici nu sunt clar informat despre scrisoarea menționată în comentariul ce urmează.
Iar oficialii din BU, au promis ca vor face reforme si nu au facut nimic. Am scris si o lista despre schimbarile pe care vrem sa le vedem. Sau semnat acolo liderasii, dar nu au facut nimic. Ne-am inteles sa facem o adunare a comunitatii pentru a rezolva pasnic conflictul interior a divizarii comunitatii si asta tot pina la urma a fost luat in ris.
Am rugat reprezentantul oficial rus si din RM sa lase un mesaj din partea HQ, un mesaj de pace catre comunitate, sa nu mai atace membrii care sustin grupul sanctuar si sa dea libertatea membrilor sa-si aleaga singuri pilonii credintii fara sa fie descriminati Ca rezultat, am fost exclusi si din grupul de socializare a BU de pe cont/ N/E, dar am vazut si limbajul "privat" al juristilor BU catre cei care vor sa-si exprime propria opinie.

Posibil nu toţi sunt la curent cu faptul că Mihai Calestru şi Oleg Savenkov au fost eliberați pentru perioada sărbătorilor de crăciun (2016), pe care le-au petrecut cu familiile lor (aproximativ 2 săptămâni), şi ambii se află acum din nou în detenție, în penitenciarul nr. 13. Organizaţiile care vor investiga situaţia lui Mihai şi Oleg sunt independente, nereligioase şi neguvernamentale.

Raid-ul supra familiilor cu copii şi sediilor bisericeşti sa făcut simultan şi dur, pe la 6.30 şi 7.00 dimineaţa, în zi de vineri, pentru ca în zilele de sâmbătă şi duminică, care sunt zile libere, să nu se poată face nimic în favoarea persoanelor reţinute. Procesul asupra lui Mihai Calestru a avut loc luni dimineaţa, suficient de brusc pentru ca biserica să nu reuşească să negocieze contractul cu avocatul. Mihai Calestru şi Oleg Savenkov se află acum în perioada de detenţie a procedurilor preliminare de 30 de zile. La sfârșitul termenului, acuzarea poate cere încă o perioadă de 30 zile, şi aşa până la jumătate de an. Peste jumătate de an, dacă este insuficienţă de dovezi, acuzaţii sunt eliberaţi, dacă sunt suficiente dovezi, se iniţiază procesul de judecată. Motivul aflării lui Mihai Calestru și Oleg Savenkov în detenție mai mult de 30 de zile, conform autorităților, este pericolul de influență asupra anchetei de către aceste persoane dacă se vor afla la libertate. Avocatului ia trebuit mult timp şi efort pentru ca măcar să poată avea acces la detaliile necesare ale anchetei, ca să-şi facă meseria. Persoanele din sanctuary church moldova, care au influenţă emoţională asupra anchetei, au avut grijă ca numele lor să nu figureze în scrisoarea oficială către autorităţi. Bănuiesc aşa se întâmplă când te când te pui cu autorităţile, într-o ţară plină de minciuni şi corupţie, la nivel de stat.

Campania online de colectare a fondurilor https://www.youcaring.com/families-of-imprisoned-ffwpu-leaders-in-moldova-463473 spre surprinderea mea, a fost iniţiată de către reprezentanţii Newfoundland Sanctuary Church, la rugămintea lui Rev. Hyung Jin Moon. Ancheta continuă deja mai bine de 2 săptămâni, și totuși încă nu se știe exact numele persoanelor care au înmânat scrisoarea autorităților, această informație fiind etichetată ca "taină a anchetei". Către "Departamentul combatere a traficului de ființe umane" au fost expediate 5 scrisori, ori o scrisoare semnată de 5 persoane, printre care o persoană nu a participat vreo dată la activități de colectare a fondurilor, altă persoană a făcut colectare de fonduri practic fiind forțată de părintele său, a treia persoană în genere doar a participat la un program educativ de 7 zile. С каких пор в Божьем проведении правительство стало символизировать Божий суд, т.к. на протяжении всей истории наибольшее количество нападок на Божью сторону было именно со стороны правительств. Отдав людей в руки представляющих тёмную сторону - это не Божья справедливость, а предательство, украшенное ну очень смешным сарказмом про Божье правосудие молдавского суда. Если за это взялся СИС, с такими смешными обвинениями, со статьёй про работорговлю и насильственное использованием человеческого труда, это значит либо они очень глупые, что маловероятно, либо они на столько уверены в своём успехе - закрыть ЦО в Молдове, что даже такие смешные обвинения помогут им довести их амбиции до конца. К счастью МД пытается выглядеть хорошо в глазах Евросоюза, и процесс суда имеет несколько инстанций в случае несогласия сторон; финальная стадия это решение суда самого Евросоюза которая без сомнений на 1000 % будет за сторону ЦО и обвиняемых + выплаты за моральный ущерб, что обычно в числах с 5-6 нулями, поэтому с хорошим адвокатом и денежными ресурсами можно решить вопрос. Задача заинтересованных в правосудие сейчас заключается не в ожидание решения молдавского суда а в необходимых денежных средств необходимых для лучших адвокатов и контор по защите прав человека, желательно с американскими корнями (т.к. они не бояться нашего СИС) и доведут дело до конца. Все в конце концов можно обернуть в большую победу, да ещё так что СИС больше никогда больше не захочет ещё раз так сильно обжигаться.

Поэтому давайте преодолеем личные обиды и противоречия и без осуждений и критики спасем достоинство нашей церкви. Кому необходимо, тот сделает свои выводы, но мы должны доказать, что мы семья. Власти обвиняют сам институт нашей церкви, в том что она изначально была создана как криминальная структура с единственной целью, - обогащение за счет эксплуатации труда. Кому вообще могли прийти в голову такие абсурдные обвинения. Или людям, которые понятия не имеют что такое религия и духовность и которые не видят никакого смысла в духовных практиках или же людям, которые преодолевая угрызения своей совести слепо исполняют чей-то приказ. How ironic that the advocates of The Freedom Society should refuse to comment on the legitimacy of enlisting the power of a corrupt police state to attack your brothers and sisters as cult leaders and human slavers and have their property confiscated and the leaders' freedom violated by imprisonment. On the basis of supporting freedom no less.
You just can't make this stuff up.

On October 30, several of our brothers and sisters in Moldova have been arrested and two are currently being held by local authorities based on complaints reported to the police. FFWPU International Headquarters (IHQ) is in the process of gathering all relevant information in order to support FFWPU Moldova address the complaints, which we believe to be unfounded and in violation of our basic rights to religious freedom.
Centered on True Parents, IHQ's primary concern is to comfort and care for our beloved blessed families in Moldova and to protect and preserve True Parents foundation that has been developed over the past decades in service to Moldova and its people for the sake of God’s providence.
IHQ is fully engaged and working with the brothers and sisters worldwide in resolving this tragic violation of the hearts and rights of our fellow family members. Hyung Jin Nim and the Sanctuary Chruch are backing down. They have put out a notification through Richard Panzer saying that they have not directed the SC church in Moldova to have FFWPU members imprisioned. Time Elder is now eating crow and is probably being strongly reprimanded by HgJN. We should demand that Tim Elder submit a full apology to all members. It would even be better if he was forced to resign from the Sactuary Chruch by Hyung Jin Nim and Justin Moon.

Whatever the final account of the Moldovan situation turns out to be, the Sanctuary Church has stated their official position through Tim Elder and has received the support of its members. Tim Elder said "I encourage all FFWPU members in Moldova to resign so that they can avoid being involved in this kind of incident. In these situations, even innocent people can get hurt." this comment sounds similar to that of a recent ISIS member who shot many college students, when he said to his victims, renounce your Christianity and you will be spared.

As the statement above makes clear, Hyung Jin Nim, the staff and the members of Sanctuary Church are praying for the safety and well-being of everyone in Moldova affected by this incident, particularly the two persons currently in police custody and their families.
It should be clear that the World Peace and Unification Sanctuary did not direct Sanctuary members in Moldova to make a complaint to local authorities. God will judge them, or the FFWPU leaders, if they have done something wrong.

As the American president of the Unification Sanctuary, I would like to make a personal appeal to the Moldovan Sanctuary members to withdraw their complaint to the police. Even though it is true that the Family Federation refused to meet with them to address their concerns, posted martial arts experts to prevent them from entering services and complained to the police twice, causing them to be fined, Jesus and True Father practiced forgiveness. I strongly believe that religious disputes should be resolved internally, if at all possible, without involving government authorities who have little understanding about the issues involved.
A Statement by Sanctuary Church on Recent Events in Moldova
Right 1 of the Constitution of the United States of Cheon Il Guk guarantees religious freedom to all persons.
We have received reports of an incident in the Republic of Moldova in which local police detained two leaders of the local chapter of Family Federation for World Peace and Unification, including the chapter's national leader. Police also searched the homes and private vehicles of multiple FFWPU members and the office of International Relief and Friendship Foundation, where they removed computers, cash and other items.
Earlier this year, seven former FFWPU members who now support World Peace and Unification Sanctuary (Sanctuary Church) wrote letters to the police in which they reported their private concerns related to possible violations of local laws by FFWPU leaders and other related persons working in Moldova. At least one of the persons submitting these letters was subsequently interviewed by police in person and by email.
One of the letter writers has reported to the Sanctuary Church World Mission Headquarters that a series of events led up to the decision to involve the police. In March, a number of FFWPU members watched a sermon by Second King of Cheon Il Guk Hyung Jin Moon in which the King stressed the importance of transparency and accountability in building God's Kingdom. Later, some of these members approached the FFWPU chapter president with a request for an opportunity to convey the King's message to other members of the chapter.
Initially, the members were promised such an opportunity during or around the regularly scheduled Sunday worship service on March 29. On arriving at the venue for this service, they found that martial arts experts had been stationed at the door with instructions not to allow certain members to enter. Facing this threat of violence, the disallowed members withdrew after a short commotion.
The members made a second request for a similar meeting to be held during the following week. They said that if FFWPU leaders chose not to give them an opportunity to discuss financial transparency and other issues, they would feel compelled to go to the police with their concerns about possible illegal activities by FFWPU leaders and related persons.
Their request received no response. Instead, the local FFWPU reported one of the members to police for disorderly conduct at the time of the Sunday service. The member paid a fine as a result.
During the same week, a member visited a construction site related to some of the concerns held by the members requesting the meeting. When the member attempted to speak with workers at the site, FFWPU reported her to police. She was also fined.
On Saturday, April 4, the FFWPU chapter held a general meeting of its members. During this meeting, four members were voted out of FFWPU Moldova. It was only after this vote that a group of members began holding their own Sunday services patterned after the services in Newfoundland, Pennsylvania.
During the next couple of months, the members of the excluded group struggled over how to proceed. Around June, after much prayer and discussion, they agreed that each person would make an individual decision on whether to submit a letter to police. Seven members decided to write such letters. The content of each letter was kept confidential, even from other members of the group of seven.
It is not clear what role these letters and the subsequent police interview(s) may have played in the recent police action. Judging from the intensity of the action, it seems reasonable to assume that police are acting on a great deal more information than what was provided by the seven letter writers.
Sanctuary Church is a free association of people who believe that True Father Sun Myung Moon is the Messiah and King of kings and that his son Hyung Jin Moon is his sole legitimate representative and inheritor and Second King of Cheon Il Guk. We believe that each person has the ability to act with his or her God-given freedom, with the caveat that the person must take responsibility for the consequences of such free actions.
Though we do not have all the facts regarding the situation in Moldova, partly because the police investigation is still on-going, we acknowledge the seven letter-writers for what must have been a difficult and courageous decision to act in accordance with their consciences.
Sanctuary Church believes in local sovereignty. We respect the right of the seven Moldovan members to make such a decision and leave it God to determine the righteousness of their actions. Most healthy organizations have processes through which members can bring possible wrongdoing to the attention of senior management without recrimination. If FFWPU had such a process, the seven letter writers likely would not have gone to the police.
At the same time, we are saddened by the reaction to this news by some members of FFWPU in the United States and elsewhere. We call on FFWPU to reach out to its members with a reminder that the rhetoric of violence will not contribute to a positive outcome of this situation.

We also remind all FFWPU leaders around the world that the King, in a sermon delivered on February 8 this year, dismissed them from their positions and ordered them to step down so that members could elect their own leaders.

You say that as if you, as World Mission Headquarters Director (or whatever your title is) doesn't have the word "World" in it. Do you approve of their actions? If not, do something about it, since they're members of YOUR world mission.
Barry Gribe This is really a strange thread. Religion cannot be coerced. If Sanctuary supporters are trying to coerce UC members in any way, those particular supporters are behaving in an evil manner. Tim should at least acknowledge that as a starting point and he should emphasize that this kind of behavior (whether it happened or not) does not represent Hyung Jin. Who started what is not even an issue here. This is also not an issue that involves the bigger religious issue surrounding Mother. Tim should never even bring this up in this case. He might mention that SC has no control over what supporters do on their own, but his implication is that he is just alright with that kind of behavior as long as its for his cause. I am really disappointed with the way Tim is handling this. If SC supporters are truly doing this kind of thing then I apologize for this. It is wrong.

Delia Ngan Is Moldova still a Communist country or mid-way between Communism and democracy? What does its constitution say about religious freedom? Is the European FFWPU engaging lawyer/s helping the brothers / sisters? I am not a lawyer, but in my country, the government, police don't confuse religious activities and criminal activities; and the police can be challenged in the court if they mix them up.

Terence Sweeney Trumped up charges they may be but they are predicated on the Moldovan authorities viewing the practices of UC/FFWPU as an 'organised criminal group'. The courts would hopefully see things differently but not if judges are beholden to an existing corrupt system that seems to be in place. This is all looking very serious because of the knock-on impact in neighbouring countries who may follow the Moldovan police example.
Have we not got official recognition from the authorities already there that we are a bona-fide religious organisation, and that some of our practices are in keeping with legitimate outreach efforts? This case is going to require the highest attention from Korea HQ. If SC supporters there are going to be used as prosecution witnesses then some contact needs to be made with HgJN and to reason with him that a state's attack on religious liberties and freedoms will also adversely affect his own organisation. This case is going to require our deepest thoughts and prayers at this time.

I hope there will be a way for us to support our faithful brothers and sisters through this crisis: a Moldova Justice Fund or Relief Fund, so the families who have members in jail can be sustained.

Iar oficialii din BU, au promis ca vor face reforme si nu au facut nimic. Am scris si o lista despre schimbarile pe care vrem sa le vedem. Sau semnat acolo liderasii, dar nu au facut nimic. Ne-am inteles sa facem o adunare a comunitatii pentru a rezolva pasnic conflictul interior a divizarii comunitatii si asta tot pina la urma a fost luat in ris.
Am rugat reprezentantul oficial rus si din RM sa lase un mesaj din partea HQ, un mesaj de pace catre comunitate, sa nu mai atace membrii care sustin grupul sanctuar si sa dea libertatea membrilor sa-si aleaga singuri pilonii credintii fara sa fie descriminati Ca rezultat, am fost exclusi si din grupul de socializare a BU de pe cont/ N/E, dar am vazut si limbajul "privat" al juristilor BU catre cei care vor sa-si exprime propria opinie. -

Am fost contactat de reprezentanti oficiali, directori ai organizatiilor europene pentru drepturile omului si libertatea religiei. Au vrut sa afle despre situatia in cauza, din partea mea. Puneau multe intrebari bune la locul lor. Sa speram ca va fi bine.
